As a holistic wellness coach and nurse, I look at the big picture of an individual’s health and wellness. No two humans are alike and personalized wellness is the key to thriving. The wellness industry is full of overwhelm, but that stops here.

I provide a safe space for moms in education, healthcare, social work, public service and more to take a pause and just … be.
